Always on the move
EagleBurgmann BT S.p.A. has been the competent contact for industrial sealing technology and associated services in Italy for 50 years. Approximately 70 employees are producing more than 8 million mechanical seals per year in two production plants (total area 8,000 square meters), and guarantee customer-oriented and rapid services. As a certified company we have highly qualified technical personnel and the most advanced equipments for research, production and control in accordance with the highest international standards.
EagleBurgmann BT is market leader for mass production mechanical seals, especially in clean water applications.
In addition, the EagleBurgmann BT range of products also includes seals for light chemicals and food industry applications, for abrasive media and also for pressures up to 40 bar.
The most valuable customers of EagleBurgmann BT are the largest European water pump manufacturers and many other well known pump producers worldwide.
Our history
1966: Boribello & Testa SAS was founded in Vicenza / Italy
1974: BT Mechanical Seals S.p.A. was established in a new industrial plant in Arcugnano (Vicenza)
1994: The company developed and built the second plant which is now the headquarter
1998: BT joined the German Burgmann Dichtungswerke GmbH and changed its name to BT-Burgmann S.p.A.
2004: German Freudenberg and Japanese NOK/Eagle acquired Burgmann Dichtungswerke
2013: Burgmann-BT S.P.A. changed its name to EagleBurgmann BT S.p.A.
